For me, Yasmins & Lily Patisserie is much more than just a patisserie. It is a business born from love, memory, and the desire to keep something beautiful alive.

I founded this company in my daughter's name. Although she can no longer stand beside me, she is present in everything I create. In every flavor, every meticulous finish, and every small detail.

Her memory forms the heart of Yasmins & Lily Patisserie and gives me the strength and inspiration every day to create something special.

With Yasmins & Lily Patisserie, I want to create refined delicacies that make people pause for a moment. A small moment where everything revolves around taste, beauty, and enjoyment.

For me, patisserie is not just something you eat. It can evoke a memory, offer comfort, bring people together, or make a special moment even more valuable.

That is why every product is crafted with great care and attention. Not just to make something sweet, but to create a taste experience that deserves to be seen, tasted, and remembered.

Made with real ingredients

An exceptional taste starts with high-quality ingredients. That is why I work with real fruit purees, carefully selected nuts, honey, and rich chocolate.

The guimauve gets its soft, airy texture and full fruit flavor from the use of real fruit puree. The pâte de fruit is also prepared with real fruit puree, giving each cube an intense and recognizable flavor.

For the nougat, I use real almonds and hazelnuts, complemented by ingredients such as pistachio, cranberry, honey, or chocolate. The nuts are generously incorporated into the nougat and also form an elegant decoration on top.

In this way, each product becomes not only a refined delicacy but also something beautiful to give and receive.

At Yasmins & Lily Patisserie, I believe that true luxury is not just in beautiful packaging.

Luxury lies in the choice of good ingredients. In the time taken for preparation. In the attention with which the nuts are placed and every product is finished. But above all, luxury lies in the love with which something is made.

Our confiserie is always stylishly packaged in a transparent bag with our logo, so that the colors, textures, and decorations remain clearly visible. For special occasions, a luxurious magnetic box can be chosen, transforming the products into an elegant and personal gift.

I hope that our patisserie and confiserie not only taste exceptional but also convey some of that love. A small moment of warmth, attention, and happiness that can be shared with someone else.
