Right of Withdrawal

For products that spoil quickly or have a limited shelf life, a statutory exception to the right of withdrawal applies, based on article 6:230p of the Dutch Civil Code.

Our fresh patisserie and confectionery products fall under this exception insofar as they have a limited shelf life due to their nature. Therefore, for these products, there is no statutory cooling-off period of 14 days, and they cannot be returned after delivery based on the right of withdrawal.

The legal possibility to withdraw an online purchase within the cooling-off period, including the online cancellation function, only applies when a statutory right of withdrawal actually exists for the product concerned.

Do you want to change or cancel your order?

Because we prepare our products specifically for orders, we carefully plan our production.

If you want to change or cancel something after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible by email or via WhatsApp.

If we have not yet started with the preparation or production of your order, we will gladly see if we can still adjust or cancel it. This is an additional service from Yasmins & Lily Patisserie and is separate from the statutory right of withdrawal.

Once we have started the preparation or production of the order, the order generally cannot be changed or cancelled.

Not satisfied or is something wrong?

The exclusion of the right of withdrawal naturally does not detract from your statutory rights if a product is delivered damaged, incorrect, or not in accordance with the order.
